Do you by any chance remember the name of the artist for the mural with the jaguar and the serpent ? Every time I look at the trip photos I regret not noticing the name of the artist when I was there. I am truly intrigued by this artwork.

Mexico has a very rich history, and I loved some archeological places like Palenque, Chichen Itza and Tulum . Unfortunately I didn’t have the chance to visit the museum of anthropology… but it’s on my bucket list now!

It truly is one of the great museums of the world. On my next visit, I plan to spend a lot of time in the Oaxaca exhibit room. I’ll be living in Oaxaca for 6 months this summer
In Mexico there are layers of the old & new, mixed, & living side by side. It’s living history at it’s best. There’s nothing like it.
